The Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles recommended Thursday that Gov. Rick Perry spare condemned prisoner Kenneth Foster from execution and commute his sentence to life.

Last night at 11:01 pm CST, the Lord told me that, "someone is on death row, needing prayer right now".
I believe this to be Kenneth Foster. Let's all continue praying for him, in the spirit,
